DECKEL MAHO Seebach GmbH develops and produces small and medium sized CNC Universal Milling Machines and Traveling Column Machines of the DMF Series. In addition, very precise machine components are manufactured corporate-wide in Seebach.
The small Universal Milling Machines with a manual or automatic swivel rotary table, offer a cost-efficient introduction into the world of 5-axis machining. For 5-axis machining at the highest level, the Milling Centers of the DMU eVo linear Series with a unique machine design, linear drives, a fast swivel rotary table and high spindle rotary speeds are also available.
The performance spectrum of the Vertical Machining Centers spans an area from the 3-axis introductory machine to the HSC Precision Center with linear drives in all axes, 90 rpm. rapid traverse, a 42,000 rpm. motor spindle and the possibility for 5-axis simultaneous machining.
With a traverse path of 2,200 mm to 5,000 mm and modular expansion stages, the DMF Series offers unique flexibility in the area of traveling column machines. With the linear drive in the long X-axis, they are positioned quickly and precisely. Together with the diverse spindle variations, the optional work area partition for twin table machining and the intelligent tool design, the DMF linear Series is recommended for a modular as well as a flexible high-tech machining.
